Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is one of the oldest continuous systems of medicine in history, with recorded instances dating as far back as two thousand years. TCM is rooted in the philosophy that nature and its’ environmental elements are reflected in the body. The ideal state of the body is when all of these elements are in harmony, or free of distress and discomfort.

In our practice, we aim to restore the body’s natural balanced state and teach our patients preventative healthcare. To achieve this, we break up treatment into phases. The first is symptomatic care—relieving any symptomatic discomfort, the second is corrective care—or figuring out the root of the problem; why did the symptom or condition occur in the first place? The third and last phase of treatment is preventative care. During this phase, patients come in seasonally or once a month based on their individual needs and personal preference.

Chinese Medicine is a natural, drug-free alternative used to resolve many problematic conditions. It can also be a wonderful compliment to your western medical treatment. I invite you to experience the effectiveness of Chinese Medicine for yourself and unlock your true health potential.

“The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”
